Integrations
Odoo connected to everything else you run
An ERP that doesn't talk to your bank, your storefront or your regulator's portal just moves the re-keying somewhere else. We build the connections that close those gaps.
What we connect
- ✓Banking. Statement imports and bank feeds for automated reconciliation, plus payment file generation in your bank's format.
- ✓Payment gateways. Card and local payment providers wired into sales orders, the customer portal and eCommerce checkout.
- ✓E-invoicing and tax portals. Statutory submission formats and clearance flows where your jurisdiction requires them.
- ✓eCommerce and marketplaces. Storefronts and marketplace channels sharing one catalogue, stock pool and order flow.
- ✓Shipping carriers. Rate lookup, label generation and tracking updates pushed back to the customer.
- ✓Hardware. Barcode scanners, label printers, scales, POS terminals and biometric attendance devices.
- ✓Business tools. Email, calendars, document storage, e-signature, and BI tools reading from the Odoo database.
- ✓Anything with an API. Odoo exposes XML-RPC and JSON-RPC, so a documented REST or SOAP endpoint on the other side is usually enough.
The question we ask first
Does this need to be real-time, or is a scheduled sync every few minutes genuinely fine? Real-time integrations cost more to build and far more to keep running. Most requirements don't need it.
How we build integrations
- Map the data flowWhich system owns each record, which direction data moves, and what happens on a conflict.
- Agree failure behaviourWhat the integration does when the other end is down — queue, retry, alert, or block. Decided up front, not discovered in production.
- Build against a sandboxDeveloped and tested against the provider's test environment wherever one exists.
- Log everythingEvery exchange logged so a failed sync three weeks ago can still be diagnosed and replayed.
- Monitor after launchAlerting on repeated failures, so you find out from us rather than from a customer.
Before you integrate
Sometimes the right answer is to retire the other system rather than connect to it. If a tool exists only because the old ERP couldn't do the job, Odoo may already cover it — and one fewer integration is one fewer thing to break.
